Annual Meeting 2023

​2023  Annual Meeting:  Saturday, March 4th.  9:00am – 11:00am at the Officers’ Club in the Park. Also virtual via Zoom (Webinar link below)
 
Our Meeting this year will be a combined   in person and virtual event via Zoom.
 Coffee and donuts will be served at 9:00am until the meeting begins at 9:30. 
Zoom attendees: Please provide your own choice of beverages, and donuts. Thank you!

The meeting will be hosted by Friends President, John Bracco, who will open the  proceedings with a short review of the Friends programs, and accomplishments over the past year. John will also review our planned events and volunteer opportunities for 2023.
 
Sean Cain, Assistant Superintendent CHSP, will present a report on park activities through the year.   activity at other Delaware state parks.

We are very happy to welcome Ray Bivens Director of DNREC Division of Parks and Recreation. Ray will be featuring a summary of the year's activities at the other Delaware State Parks.

Our Treasurer. Tony Baldino will present the treasurer's annual report for the year, followed by an election for our two open Board Member positions.

The meeting is also a great opportunity to ask questions regarding the Park, and the Friends. All of us at the Friends are open to your suggestions too!
 
Friends Merchandise will be available for purchase at this event.
 
  Our guest speaker this year will be Red Moulinier , a board member and past President of the Delaware River & Bay Lighthouse Foundation   Red will be presenting a fascinating insight on the work of the Foundation, and the restoration of the Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse.  
 
The annual Meeting is a free event, which is open to the public, but please 
​ note that Park entrance fees will be in effect.
