Note: We have used the following instructions to enable the osprey cam to play on the FOCHSP webpage using Chrome browser. Use of these instructions is at your own risk.
If you get the error message - Error loading player: No playable source found – the problem is with your Chrome browser settings not the FOCHSP website.
Following are the instructions to adjust your browser settings to enable the Osprey cam to play:
1- Open your Chrome browser
2 - Click on the “Customize and Control” button in the upper right of your browser
3 - Scroll down and click on [Settings]
4 - Scroll all the way to the bottom of the “Settings” page
5 - Click on the “Advanced” down arrow and continue scrolling down
6 - Scroll down and click on the “Content Settings” right-facing arrow
7- Scroll down and click on the “Flash” right-facing arrow
8 - On the “Flash” page click on the “ADD” button
9 - When the “Add a site” window appears, enter the FOCHSP website address: https://www.friendsofcapehenlopen.org
Click on “Add”
10 - Confirm that the website is added to your Flash “Allow” list
11 - Refresh your Chrome browser
Please note: We have used the above instructions to fix Google Chrome browser problems viewing the osprey cam. If these instructions do not fix your browser's problem, please use a different browser. We have successfully tested proper operation of the osprey cam webpage and video on the following browsers with proper Flash setup:
