​We always, but especially now with our very  current limited stock,  welcome donations of  adult and kids bikes in good working order. The money  raised goes not only to support our Borrow a Bike Program, but also other park projects.  Thank You!
 



Cape Henlopen State Park

The Friends of Cape Henlopen State Park (FOCHSP) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization that works with the Delaware Division of Parks and Recreation and the staff to support and advocate for one of the county's most unique public parks.

Cape Henlopen State Park:
  • Declared "land for public use" in 1682 by William Penn
  • Includes both ocean and bay shoreline
  • Contains 5,200 acres to explore
  • Offers camping, hiking, birding & cycling
  • Provides ocean surf and bay pier fishing
  • Has loads of swimming and surfing
  • Connects to 25+ miles of bike trails
  • Houses historic Fort Miles military museum
  • Boasts of Indian, pirate & Cold War history
  • Ranked Top 20 Most Stunning State Parks in 2014
  • Claimed Most Enchanting Delaware State Park in 2016
